31 year old female patient with previous 2 cesarean deliveries, presented with a mass 4×4 cm in the area of mons pubis below her cesarean scar. She had complaints of pain in the mass and increase in it's size during her mense.
MRI- indicated it to be a scar endometriosis.
Wide local excision was performed and on final histopathology it came out to Desmoid tumor- fibrometosis.
Conclusion- Scar Endometriosis and Desmoid tumor mimic each other in various aspects.
